Denise Scearce is a highly motivated dedicated individual with diverse professional experience in the field of human services with 16 years of experience. She possesses the right blend of vision, creativity and enthusiasm complemented by experience and knowledge in the field of working with adults, families and children.
Mrs. Scearce has Forensic training in the field of child sexual abuse and evaluations through the Child Forensic Evaluation Program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She serves the surrounding counties in eastern North Carolina working closely with the Department of Social Services and the medical community in cases of child abuse.
Mrs. Scearce works with children and adolescents who have mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, ADHD and other mood disorders. She is an expert working with high conflict divorced families in cases of Child custody and has become an advocate for children by being court appointed as a Parent Coordinator.
Mrs. Scearce is a veteran serving 4 years in the United States Air Force. She lives at Carolina Beach with her husband Jan. She has three daughters and a French Bull dog named Lily.
